Windshield Wipers Not Working Cold Weather
I did find this on Atlantic British http://www.roverparts.com/Parts/DKD100630G.cfm I did find also a reman motor at Autozone for $80 with a ltd lifetime warranty. Sounds like freezing causing the problem. Had similar problem with another vehicle.
