I had tried all manner of solutions including hubs and 3rd party keyboards. i have done multiple smc resets without success. The Bluetooth set-up window came up searching for the bluetooth keyboard that came with the iMac that we have stuffed in a drawer (why doesn’t apple make a full-sized bluetooth keyboard?).
