Windows should search and find the drivers on the cd. Thencheck"Search From Removable Media ( Floppy, CD Rom). I went to the Toshiba site (aps2.toshiba-tro.de/wlan) and downloaded the current driver (installer) which at this time is 188.8.131.526.2 (many versions later than the 3.something installed by the driver update process) Windows is and was in control of the wireless card the whole time.Hope this provides you with enough information.
